Contacts can be divided to two groups:
- Ones that don't include personal info. For example: suggestions/notes on how to make this site better. Requests to elaborate/add topics. Found a broken link, suggest a link and so on.
- Others that should include personal info. For instance: asking advices regarding workout routine.
What personal information should you include:
- What are you current and long run goals?
- General details: age, sex, weight, height and how long have you been training for?
- You previous program.
- Current level, preferably working weight of the following exercises: squat, deadlift and bench press.
- Health limitations. For example: problems with left knee, can't squat but leg press is ok.
- Way of life. Includes how much time you can spend on training (for instance: three times a week, one hour at each time). Also, can include such things as: my work involves a lot of walking and therefore I can make intense leg workout only during the weekend or throughout the week I don't get enough (only six) sleeping hours, but there is no such problem during the weekend.
- Any other information that you find relevant is also welcomed.
