Introduction
Technology has changed our life in many ways. One of the main aspects affected is quality of life. Technology has made our life easier, but easier life has ambiguous effect. On the one hand, obviously quality of life increases, but on the other hand people become less active, which in its turn causes negative impact on the quality of life.
You might think that I'm exaggerating, so what if I'm not working out? The best practice is to start training and in a few months examine how your life has changed. You will see that suddenly going upstairs isn't as hard as it was. You can play more time with your grand/children; you are feeling more energy than previously.
We all know what has to be done. Many has already started, according recent (2005) polls about 13% of USA population is working out in gyms (9% in Europe and 11% in Israel). Another interesting number is $30 billion, that's the estimated amount that Americans spend a year on all types of diet programs and products, including diet foods and drinks.
