If you don't know what is BMI, how it's calculated, what are the dis/advanteges than click here.

Levolution automatically loads default's user height, weight and appropriate measure units. If none exists, than defaults are supplied. After entering weight, height and appropriate units click on "Calculate" button to get the BMI.
