Accessibility: [Main menu] Users -> [Sub menu] Manage... -> [Center panel] Create/Edit button
Add and create user buttons open the same dialog. There are two dissimilarities:
- While creating user all fields are empty and while editing they are filled with editable user's data.
- During editing, name can't be changed. Thus, this field is disabled.
After entering/editing user's data, like: bith date, prefered units (all related dialogs/panels will take them into account) click on "OK" or "Apply" to save changes. Ok button will also close the dialog while apply won't.
