When opening this calculator you'll get an editable blank. You can change fields in the top of the blank and table's left column. Table's right column is updated after "Calculate" button pressed. The most common percentage values (from 50% to 90%) are already typed. Thus, without editing the table, after pressing "Calculate" button you'll get the most commom values. In case it's not enough, a value can be entered into table's left column. Last two rows contain "Enter value" value in the percentage column. In the following screenshot "92" was entered in one of those cells and "Calculate" pressed.
