When selecting this option a table containing all users appears. The table contains user's name, sex, birth date and whether is s/he the active user.
Note: everyone that enters Levolution can do literally whatever he likes. S/he can add/delete/edit users … There is no password protection. There are two main reasons for this:
- Levolution is a local program, thus there are workstation's passwords.
- All data is saved in xml files. Anybody who has access to local hard disk can change the xml file. Why xml files were selected? Read general help (general concepts).
Beneath the table there is a row of buttons. "Create" button is always active. Using it you can add users. For more information about creating users click
here. "Edit" button is enabled only when a user (row) is selected. You can change all user's data except his/her name. In order to change user's name you'll have to delete this user and create a new one. "Delete" user button is enabled only if user selected and selected user isn't the active one. Active user can't be deleted. "Set as active user" button is enabled when non active user selected. Using this button you can switch between users.
